Dr. Victor Bautista
Dr. Bautista grew up in San Luis Obispo, CA and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University in 2002. After taking a year off from school, he attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, earning his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2007. Go Bears!
Dr. Bautista is fluent in both English and Spanish and was honored for his thesis work with Spanish-speaking patients. Dr. Bautista’s experience includes volunteer work serving underprivileged patients in Thailand in addition to his work as an associate Optometrist at private optometric and ophthalmologic practices around the Bay Area.
Dr. Bautista's focus is on family practice optometry with an emphasis in ocular disease, pediatrics and contact lenses. He is trained and licensed to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the eye and use therapeutic and pharmacological agents. He also co-manages Cataract and Laser Refractive surgery with top surgeons in the Bay Area.
Dr. Bautista is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Th San Francisco Optometric Society and the AOA-Political Action Committee.
In his spare time Dr. Bautista enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his wife and new baby girl.

Dr. Katherine Stout-Bautista
Dr. Stout-Bautista grew up in the town of Sonoma in northern California and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis in 2000. After taking a year off from school, she attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2005.
Upon graduating from the U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry, she practiced optometry in New York, NY for one year before returning to her home state of California. She then worked for two and a half years at a private practice in Sonoma County, concentrating in primary care optometry, specialty contact lens fittings and LASIK and cataract surgery co-management.
Dr. Stout-Bautista's focus is on family practice optometry with an emphasis in ocular disease and contact lenses. She is trained and licensed to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the eye and use therapeutic and pharmacological agents. She is also certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy and co-management of Cataract and Laser Refractive surgery.
Dr. Stout is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, The San Francisco Optometric Society and the AOA-Political Action Committee.
In her spare time Dr. Stout enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband, friends and family.

Karen Janks, Optician/Clinical Assistant
Karen has studied under and worked with several eye care professionals since 1996, and has a true affinity and passion for optics. She strives to provide each patient with the attention and care they deserve. Karen is adept in taking all spectacle measurements, assisting patients in picking out the perfect frame, contact lens training, and assisting patients in maximizing the benefits of the insurance they have.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys mountain bike riding, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
